The Maashaven and the Maastoren during nightfall (Feijenoord, Rotterdam).
Photograph of riverboats moored in the Maashaven harbour basin. The Maashaven harbour basin is part of the Rotterdam docklands (‘Stadshavens’). Furthermore on the photo: the so-called ‘Pols van Katendrecht’ (‘Katendrecht Wrist’) and, in the center of the photograph, the Wilhelminahof and the ‘Maastoren’ office tower on the Kop van Zuid. Visible on the left of the Wilhelminahof among other things the silhouette of the Red Apple residential tower on the Wijnhaveneiland (‘Wijnhaven Island’) on the north bank of the river New Meuse.
