‘De Kuip’ and the Olympiaweg During Nightfall (IJsselmonde, Rotterdam).
The west side of soccer stadium ‘Stadion Feijenoord’, better known as ‘De Kuip’ (‘The Tub’), which is the side flanked by the Olympiaweg (‘Olympia Road’). ‘Stadion Feijenoord’ is home to Rotterdam football club Feyenoord, one of the traditional top teams in the Netherlands. Also visible on the photo: part of the island platform of train stopping-place ‘Stadion Rotterdam’. Photo shot during nightfall.
